Jack’s Candy will ship your package via UPS.Orders are shipped within 72 hours.The shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed.If you choose a guaranteed method of shipping such as 2nd day, please note that the delivery time will be from the actual time that the package is picked up by UPS from our warehouse.There are no weekend or holiday deliveries, therefore if you place your order on a Thursday for 2nd day delivery, you order will not ship until the following Monday.For summer months or “heat sensitive” items, please refer to our Heat Warning.

Please allow up to three (3) business days for your order to ship. Many of our items are heat sensitive and we may delay your shipment to avoid spoilage.
